Terms of Service
Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. The salon owner is responsible for the team members they invite and for the roles they grant them.
Trials, plans and billing
New salons receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial you must subscribe to a plan to continue writing data; existing data remains available in read-only mode. Subscriptions are billed in CAD through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. Partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use BeautyBot to send unsolicited messages, to store data you have no right to process, to attempt to access another salon's data, or to interfere with the service's operation or security.
Your data and AI output
You keep ownership of your salon and client data. AI receptionist and assistant responses are generated automatically and may contain errors; you remain responsible for reviewing bookings, prices and advice communicated to your clients.
Availability and liability
We work to keep BeautyBot available and backed up, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
